My professional journey spans two prominent companies: Raisio in Finland and Michelin Nordic,with extensive collaboration across Europe. It has been a privilege to work closely with a diverse array of leaders who have enriched my thinking throughout the creation of Snowball Sustainability.

From a cultural standpoint, I consider myself a Nordic citizen, deeply rooted in Finland, based in Sweden, and enriched by experiences from across the Nordics and Europe.

When addressing the climate challenge, reflection is paramount. In business, action often takes precedence over reflection, sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. However, when it comes to combating climate change, reflection must not be sidelined. This principle motivates me as I prepare to assist leaders who aspire to make a significant impact on the journey toward a new balance.

Strong actions must follow robust reflection.
